Account Security

All transactions on the bet98 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any point — your account balance, all bet stakes, and all winnings are denominated and settled in PHP.
Accepted Deposit Methods

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. bet98 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged during routine security review.
Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the relevant pages of the platform. bet98 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges outside of bet98's control.
All bets placed on the bet98 platform — whether on sports, live casino, slot games, or any other gaming category — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product in addition to these general Terms.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or system errors are not valid and will not be settled. bet98 is not liable for bets that were not successfully received and confirmed by the platform.
Odds and Payouts
Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. For live in-play betting, odds update continuously during the event, and accepted live bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
Void Bets and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned before completion, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for each sport are applied consistently and are available on request. bet98 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error occurred.
Maximum Winnings
Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per event, or per day across certain markets and game categories. These limits are applied at the point of settlement and will be communicated where applicable.
bet98 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Any such offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.
Where specific promotion terms are not separately published, the following general conditions apply to all bonus-related activity on the platform:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only, one per player.
- Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet98's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. bet98 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from platform use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
The collection and use of personal data provided to bet98 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the bet98 platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction within the Philippines.
